Welcome to the Point of Sale (POS) system provided by Mahmoud Noaman Studios. By registering for and using this service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Licence to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your internal business operations. You must not resell, redistribute, or attempt to reverse-engineer the source code of this system.
2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the system for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to the sale of prohibited, stolen, or illegal goods.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system, including pricing, tax rates (VAT), and customer information.
3. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR). We will not share your business data with third parties unless required by law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Payments

Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly).

If you don't renew your subscription, we may temporarily suspend your account until we receive your payment.

Payments for subscription periods already commenced are non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Mahmoud Noaman Studios shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, trading losses, or damages resulting from internet outages, force majeure events, or user error.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
